When Lucky Dip launches, eligible CavoIDs will be drawn at random from people who have chosen to display the ❤️ Signal in their public Beacon.

How it will work

Lucky Dip is designed to make meeting somebody new feel more like chance and less like an algorithm deciding who you should see.

❤️ Opt in through your Beacon Only CavoIDs using the red-heart Signal will be eligible.

🎣 Draw one CavoID NIGHT will select one eligible identity at random.

🌍 Discover their public Beacon See only the information that person has chosen to share publicly.

❤️ Romantic connection Signal

Lucky Dip will only include members who have deliberately displayed the ❤️ Signal. Before launch, the Signals page will clearly explain that using this Signal may make a CavoID discoverable through optional social features such as Lucky Dip.

Chance, not ranking.

Someone may be in your city or on the other side of Earth. Lucky Dip won't rank people by popularity, followers or engagement. The point is simply to discover someone you might never otherwise have found.

Sometimes the most interesting introductions happen by accident. One planet. One room. One lucky introduction.
